Email marketing: We do not (currently) have any newsletter or marketing subscription list. Should this change in the future, you will be notified of a change to our Terms of Service and have the opportunity to receive those marketing emails by opting-in.

For active SAM registrations, we store & maintain a database that is identical to the website. This local database stored millions of records & is updated twice daily. in order to reflect accuracy with When updating your profile on, we first update data in our database, and then push that update to on a timed schedule.

Inactive SAM registrations are pulled directly from over a secure connection. The information we pull is updated daily at 04:00 EST. This data is stored by in a local database for a limited time, and then deleted. Only if you create an account with will we store your business information for the duration of your account.
