Federal Management Services, INC dba SAM Support is not sam.gov and we are not the Federal Service Desk. We are not in any way a government agency.

We are a for profit corporation, licensed by the federal government to do business.

Samsupport.net provides, assistance to all organizations who provide a product or service to the Federal Government or applies for Federal Grants/Assistance/Funding.

We provide access to federal government contracts, awards, grants, loans, insurance and other payment types. While some of this data is provided on multiple sites run by the U.S. Government, we aggregate the data and provide all of it in one interface. While the information contained in our data is identical to the data on these other sites, our “Early Bird System” provide access to these awards up to two weeks prior to their publication date.

With that in mind, we encourage our users to use the two weeks prior to publication to prepare, and access the Early Bird notification directly in the link in your email. This data provides the data of historically who will bid on the contract, and how much previous awards were for. Keep in mind, that by providing this informaiton to you before the publication date, you must not attempt to apply or contact the entity prior to publication. The contact and application links will be blacked-out until 1 (one) hour before the award’s publication.

Acceptance: Applicant has read and understands this Agreement. All terms and conditions proposed by Applicant which are different from or in addition to this Agreement are unacceptable to Samsupport.net, are expressly rejected by Samsupport.net and waived by Applicant. Samsupport.net reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time upon written notice to client within 30 days.

Term: If approved, this Agreement shall be effective from the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of ONE (1) year as the initial term (“Initial Term”), unless sooner terminated as set forth herein. Upon the completion of the Initial Term, unless Applicant furnishes written notice of non-renewal at least THIRTY (30) days prior to completion of the then existing term, this Agreement shall renew automatically for successive additional ONE (1) term (“Renewal Terms”) unless and until terminated in accordance with the provisions contained in this Agreement.

Termination: Applicant may terminate this Agreement at any time within thirty (30) days and must provide request in writing by mail or send to support@samsupport.net. Samsupport.net may, at its option, terminate all or any part of this Agreement, at any time by giving written notice to applicant.

Terms:  System for Award Management (SAM) agreement, this Agreement is to serve as client’s written authorization for Samsupport.net to perform the System for Award Management profile management, registration, migration, Administrator Re-assignment, Renewal, Update and DSBS updates as applicable. The parties listed above agree to all terms and conditions within this agreement. Samsupport.net and client’s signatures indicates understanding of prices, terms and liability to Samsupport.net. Samsupport.net agrees to execute listed services(s) for said client listed above. This agreement guarantee’s once the client provides Samsupport.net with the SAM sign login user name and password, the client will be renewed within 1-3 business days. If for any reason the password needs to be reset or have an override from the Federal Service Desk (fsd.gov) then the client will need to either have the Federal Service Desk reset the password or the client will need to have a notarized letter that will be authorized by Federal Services Desk that will give Samsupport.net permission to act in behalf of our client to have the password reset by the Federal Service Desk and the clients SAM registration will be renewed within 3 business days from the time of password reset or money will be refunded

Roles & Responsibilities:  The client agrees to provide their SAM user name, password and email associated with their SAM administrator account and by doing so allowing usgain administrator access so that we can  manage, maintain and update the clients SAM and DSBS profile as needed and if the client does not want to provide that information the client can simply do the invitation on their own to give Samsupport.net administrator access so that we can  manage, maintain and update the clients SAM and DSBS profile as needed.

Client acknowledges that Samsupport.net is a private registration firm and is not part of any government agency. This agreement can be cancelled by the client.  Refunds can be requested by the client. There are no oral agreements, understandings or representations made by either party that are outside of this agreement unless they are in writing and signed by both parties. The above signed does hereby agree to terms and conditions set forth above. If payment is to be made by major credit card, this is an express authorization for the charges sated above by the authorized cardholder.

System for Award Management (SAM) Profile Administrative Fees, Service and Performance are provided to all our clients.

All fees are one time fees and No fees are in any way for multi-year service agreements, they are for additional services only. Any additional services that are paid for will also include free automatic renewals.

We have taken every effort to design our products and services to be useful, informative, helpful, and honest. Hopefully we’ve accomplished that — and would ask that you let us know if you’d like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need and want. All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Take a few minutes to look them over because by purchasing our products and/or services you automatically agree to them. Naturally, if you don’t agree, please do not purchase our products and/or services. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be! Your purchase of Samsupport.net products and/or services means that you accept those changes.

Maintenance

Please understand that we do our best to make our services accessible  24/7/365. However, we undergo scheduled maintenance each Sunday between 12AM – 5AM. During this time, we roll out new features, patches and security updates. During schedule maintenance, email notifications of awards will not be affected.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Products and Services

Although we always endeavor to offer high quality products and services, we understand that there are circumstances where you may require a cancellation of purchase.

Therefore, you can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours after acceptance of the agreement and receipt of payment.

To cancel your order, please send an email to support@samsupport.net. The email must include your DUNS Number and email address used when your purchased our services.
